Cancellation & Refund Policies:

*If cancelled within 15 days, 50% of the total amount as retention
*If cancelled within 07 day, full retention
*For Group booking full retention -if cancelled 10 days before check-in (Above 6 rooms)
*For every cancellation an amount of INR 500 will be deducted as refund processing fee.

Hotel Policy
*Child 5 yrs or above is chargeable
*Child below 5 yrs should produce their age proof during the time of check-in
*Hotel is authorized to ask for valid id proof for any individual.
