Booking Confirmation

All reservations made through our website or booking partners are subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is successfully completed and payment is processed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to the guest.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations must be requested through the same platform where the booking was made or by contacting the hotel directly.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the specific rate plan selected during booking.
  • In case of promotional or discounted bookings, cancellations may not be permitted.
Modification of Booking

Refund Policy

No Show Policy

If the guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a "No Show." In such cases, the entire booking amount may be charged and no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

Sumi Yashshree Hotels & Resorts shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Third-Party Bookings

If your booking was made through third-party platforms such as travel agencies or online travel portals, their respective cancellation and refund policies may apply. Guests are advised to contact the respective platform for assistance.
