- Emergency Notices: A notice outlining emergency procedures is displayed behind the front door of every room.
- Fire-Resistant Doors: Room doors are designed to be fire-resistant to some extent, with environmental seals around each entrance to reduce noise and shield the interior from external smoke during a fire.
- Smoke Detectors: Every room is equipped with a smoke detector for added safety.
- Water Sprinklers: Water sprinklers are installed in every room for enhanced fire protection.
- Double Locks: Bathroom and entry doors can be double-locked from the inside for added security.
